At BookMySpot, we aim to provide a transparent and fair refund process. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a booking.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • The booking is cancelled within the eligible cancellation period.
  • The service provider cancels the event, class, or appointment.
  • A booking fails due to a technical error resulting in successful payment but no confirmed booking.

2. Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full or partial refund (as mentioned at the time of booking).
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.
  • Some bookings may be marked as non-refundable, which will be clearly stated before payment.

3. Cancellation by Service Provider

If a service provider cancels:

  • Customers are eligible for a full refund, or
  • The option to reschedule, subject to availability.

4. No-Show Policy

If a customer does not show up at the scheduled time without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Convenience & Platform Fees

Platform fees, convenience fees, or payment gateway charges are non-refundable, unless the cancellation is due to a system or technical error from BookMySpot.

7. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in cases such as:

  • Late cancellations within the eligible window
  • Changes to the booking resulting in a lower booking value

8. Disputes & Chargebacks

Any disputes or chargebacks raised without contacting BookMySpot support may result in account suspension. We encourage users to reach out to us first for resolution.
