1. About BookMySpot

BookMySpot is an online platform that enables users to discover, book, and manage reservations for events, services, appointments, or spaces offered by third-party service providers. BookMySpot acts as a facilitator and does not directly provide the listed services unless explicitly stated.

2. User Eligibility

Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and booking.

3. Bookings & Confirmations

• A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of confirmation from BookMySpot (in case of card payments). For cash bookings, confirmation must come from the salon.
• Booking availability, pricing, and terms are determined by the respective service providers and may change at any time.

4. Payments

• All online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
• BookMySpot is not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, payment gateways, or network issues.
• Prices displayed are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as specified at the time of booking.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of this Service Policy.

Each booking may have its own cancellation terms, clearly displayed before confirmation.

6. Service Provider Responsibilities

Service providers are solely responsible for the quality, safety, legality, and delivery of their services. BookMySpot does not guarantee the performance or conduct of any service provider.

7. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

• Misuse the platform or attempt unauthorized access.
• Provide false information or impersonate others.
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws.

8. No-Shows & Delays

Users are responsible for arriving on time for their bookings. No-shows may result in forfeiture of the booking amount, as per the provider’s policy.

BookMySpot is not responsible for missed bookings due to user delays.

9. Platform Availability

While we strive for uninterrupted service, BookMySpot does not guarantee that the platform will always be available or error-free. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, or technical reasons.

10. Limitation of Liability

BookMySpot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

Our maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in dispute.

11. Account Suspension or Termination

BookMySpot reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts if:

• This policy is violated
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
• Required by law or regulatory authorities

12. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and software on BookMySpot are the property of BookMySpot or its licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

13. Policy Modifications

BookMySpot reserves the right to update or modify this Service Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

14. Governing Law

This Service Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
