Welcome to BookMySpot. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BookMySpot website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By using BookMySpot, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

• “BookMySpot”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to BookMySpot.
• “User”, “you”, or “your” refers to any person accessing or using the Platform.
• “Service Provider” refers to third-party individuals or businesses offering services, events, or spaces through the Platform.
• “Booking” refers to a confirmed reservation made through the Platform.

2. Nature of Service

BookMySpot is an online marketplace and booking facilitator. We do not own, manage, or directly provide the services listed on the Platform unless explicitly stated. The actual service is delivered by independent Service Providers.

3. User Eligibility

Users agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and booking. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. BookMySpot reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.

5. Bookings & Payments

• A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of confirmation from BookMySpot (in case of card payments). For cash bookings, confirmation must come from the salon.
• Prices, availability, and booking conditions are determined by Service Providers.
• Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways (or cash in some cases).
• BookMySpot is not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, gateways, or network issues.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Each booking may have specific cancellation rules, clearly displayed before confirmation. Platform or convenience fees may be non-refundable.

7. No-Shows & Late Arrivals

Failure to attend a booking without prior cancellation may result in no refund. Late arrivals are subject to the Service Provider’s discretion and policies.

8. User Obligations

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Misrepresent identity or provide false information
• Disrupt, damage, or interfere with the Platform’s functionality
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

9. Service Provider Responsibility

Service Providers are solely responsible for the quality, safety, legality, and execution of their services. BookMySpot does not guarantee or endorse any Service Provider or their offerings.

10. Platform Availability

BookMySpot strives to ensure uninterrupted access but does not guarantee error-free or continuous availability. We may suspend access temporarily for maintenance or technical upgrades.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and design elements are the intellectual property of BookMySpot or its licensors. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

BookMySpot shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BookMySpot from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Violation of these Terms
• Disputes with Service Providers

14. Suspension & Termination

BookMySpot reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without prior notice if:

• These Terms are violated
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
• Required by law or regulatory authorities

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, and courts located therein shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

16. Changes to Terms

BookMySpot may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
